Het=y better MRPS keeps Overhead low so we can Maximize Shareholder Wealth, as long as they have a pretty nice place of business who cares if they are next to a Ritz-Carlton or not. As investors we should be very happy they are not in a Very Upscale bldg, as fixed costs ofton hurt companies! Keep fixed costs to a minimum in my opinion.
