The point is: It is the other women in the White House workplace who were themselves victims of sexual harassment insofar as Monica Lewinsky was able to gain the attention of the boss by flashing her sexuality in a very gross and unprofessional way.

Wow!! You mean it's not just a thing between two consenting adults? You mean a President's private life slops over onto other people?

You mean we've been on the right side of this thing all along?

Paglia is one of the more interesting feminists around. When Andrew Sullivan was editing The New Republic, he ran her fairly often. sometimes she went off the deep end, but sometimes she showed a certain engaging complexity. Anyway, my wife and I were discussing this last night, and are agreed that the public relations initiative is proving to be a disaster... for Bill too, BTW.

JBL, Camille Paglia is very controversial. I know she calls herself a feminist but shes actually opposed to a lot of conventional feminist views.... Gloria Steinem (who is the only real feminist, imo and very cool) HATES Camille Paglia. The little part I heard of Paglia proved her to be very sexist - sort of diametrically opposed but similar in a way to the Heritage Society crowd.

There are some feminists that I would say, work to promote equality, and similarity between the sexes. These are the ones I like, because that is in line with my personal beliefs. Then there are those that accentuate the differences between the sexes ... thats the far right view and Paglia.... separate, but equal in a way.

ROTFLMAO......Camille, you go girl......
