Al, the numbers still make no sense......

While I have no doubt you have accurately reported what you were told when you called DRIV, the numbers do not add. If we recognize that at least 6.45 million shares were registered (put into the float) from the IPO/Secondary experiences, the release of their admitted 3.178 million next week would bring the total to 9.628 million, without allowing for any lock-up release on Feb 7 (when some amount clearly was unlocked) or any Rule 144 sales (of which we should assume a minor amount).

I'll pass on the phone call. If they repeated what they told you. . . . given the above, and the language in the S-1A, etc. . . . I might become unpleasant. I'll just be at the ready next week, and thereafter, for some serious buying opportunities!!
