Kevin...a thought for you to ponder... The other day someone posted that they believed a group of physicians were going to file a lawsuit against VISX pertaining to the royalty fee arrangement. I assume to get this either reduced or terminated... I do not know if this is the case or how viable the poster was.. If in the event, the report is an accurate one...how do you suppose this action would effect the revenue stream you are so proud of? What would, hypothetically, happen to the price of this stock?
