Not only that, TC, but what of all the interesting gastrointestinal maladies that the last few years' oyster crops have brought about? I used to love raw oysters, Chesapeakin' outta their shells at me. Got pretty good at shuckin' em, too. Now I wouldn't eat an oyster unless it got a blood test first. Course the nasty stuff would not show up in their blood, I believe they carry it in their gills or some damn place like that.
