Some Info on Neon Systems (NESY) Hoovers Description: NEON Systems is lighting up the middleware market. The company develops software that lets outdated computer applications connect and communicate with new systems. Its Shadow Web Server offers Web access directly to established mainframe computers without additional programming. Other products let networked computer users access mainframes. Customers include American Express, Exxon, and the U.S. Postal Service. NEON sells its products directly and through independent distributors. The UK accounts for a quarter of the company's sales.
