This was a privileged relaease of material inside information. it was specifically stated that there would be a new announcement about a lottery operation. This information was provided by IR to an individual who disclosed it in open forum. New information that is material, or may impact positively or negatively on the stock price must be publicly disseminated. This was a clear example of GGNC's disregard for SEC statuatary doctrine.
