This transaction occurred a while back. because PCES did not immediately engage in new business after selling assets to 3M, their stock price started to trickle down. Roger Hughesman said they are looking for business partners to merge with or acquire and that the $2 Million they have in cash would be used for new business if they can find the right partners in the next 6-12 months. It also appeared they are talking to some companies already. Good Luck.
