According to Roger Hughesman, they would prefer to put the $2 Million into new business and are actively seeking business partners.

Obviously, if they can't find anyone to do business with, the preferred shareholders would get the $$$, but $2 Million could buy into a great business, so I am hoping they find a profitable business match.

If PCES finds a good merger partner, this could be the buy of the year.

This is interesting. Apparently PCES sold their "MR2000 for Windows" to 3M and now they are sitting on $2 million waiting to decide what to do with it.

Hughesman says they would like to acquire or merge and build another bigger program. If they DO that, this could be a steal.

It's a gamble, but I don't mind putting in a few bucks and let's see what they do.
