Kramer's comments as I interpret them, were completely facetious. Let's see, analysts are at the company headquarters this week, gee, something MUST be wrong. Insider selling? Definately suspicious. It might have a lot to do with Adelphi's purchase of CVTY(?). That's all I could possibly figure. Momentum crowd is killing us though. Too many people looking at the same chart, trying to get out at the same time. Well, it just may provide one hell of an opportunity. Unfortunately, I'm outta dough. JPM

Scientific Atlanta just stated that they are unaware of any reason for the drop.

Could be. His comments came near the bottom of the slide as someone pointed out earlier. I hadn't looked at the intraday chart when I posted. I leaped to the conclusion that Cramer's comments had precipitated the drop. As he would say, WRONG! So is there some basis for the slide or is it simply the herd stampeding? Some guy on Yahoo was saying the company made a presentation to analysts yesterday in Atlanta. But that may be BS too. It would be nice to have some info from the company.
