TO ALL: I encourage all share holders who wish to see Leland Wilson removed from his position as Vivus CEO to meet on the other thread to discuss such a movement in detail. So far I have seen little if any contribution on organizing such a movement. I have many shares committed to such a move but very little input as the organization of finding a replacement and actual legalities of what we as chare holders can or can't do regarding this matter. I feel we have waited way longer than what would be deemed a "reasonable" time frame for Wilson to accomplish the one task he has supposedly been working on for over 8 months now. If he wasn't able to do his job in 8 months then I really don't care to give him more time in hopes that he can finally do something right. To put it simply I don't trust this guy's ability to do anything right for this company. He is an idiot to say the least. He has no feel for what the market dynamics are telling him. He is in denial as to his repeated failures as Vivus CEO. He MUST go NOW!!

VLAD All of this speculation is just hot air. Double the sales of MUSE and you will see an appreciable rise in the stock price otherwise we "ain't goin nowhere". Ed
