Yep. Some flow before they are completed. Some are completed for flow but don't flow because of (take your choice of several available excuses). And some flow but "give" the oil away. And some aren't completed but will someday flow.

That well in Portugal will flow in your life, or are you feeling seriously ill ?? (God, I hope not !!)
