I'm not aware of T having any significant stock position in GMGC. Microsoft is the largest Corp shareholder.

T is in market trials to use Portico and they are also listed as a trial company for Wireless Knowledge, the Microsoft/Qualcom joint venture that has agreed to use GM's Portico service. BT, is also listed as a participant in WK and they are in a wireless service agrement with T to expand their networks.

Regards,
Mark
