Actually the way to solve the problem rather than let it go a month is to FEDEX him the check and eat the US$25 fee. JMVHO.

I was sorry to see how long our customer on the Raging Bull has been trying to collect his money. I was impressed, however, that he got replies to each of his 5 emails, each one within a day or two, and from the CEO himself.

There are several conclusions to draw from this correspondence:

1) Things don't always go as planned in a start-up company
2) WINR replies promptly to customer service complaints (1 or 2 days each time)
3) The CEO himself makes customer service a priority (the responses are from Mr. Skinner)

All in all an unfortunate situation for our customer, and now we all know about it. I hope he'll post when he gets his check.

Still long on WINR. Still buying at 1.50.
