I'd be positively dejected if JNJ picked off SEPR for 155. Consider what this looks like in terms of earnings and growth over the next 5-9 years, and compare that to JNJ.... You couldn't pay me to hold JNJ long in deference to other investments. I sincerely hope that SEPR has the appropriate safeguards in place to prevent this. Seems likely that institutional holders like Fidelity would use whatever resources they have available to block such a move. Of course, for JNJ, it makes perfect sense.
