Nothing is wrong with pedestals according to some people, brees. Its like my ex used to say, as long as we have a "women and children first" mentality, as in the Titanic, its an excuse to not pay women as much and exclude them from some opportunities such as, say, attending the Citadel. It all comes down to what type of person you are. If you are a female only child and your father went to the Citadel, how much do you want to bet that girl is going to dream of the Citadel? So she probably cares.
