I'm not sure if your comment about a counter-suit was serious or not, but I think a counter-suit would negatively effect CheckFree stock. IMHO, Terrie O'Hanlon at CheckFree has brilliantly handled this touchy situation. Yesterday's 4:30 pm release obviously satisfied many institutional investors.

As a Quicken user who feels Intuit offers the best PFM software package for 10+ million users, the last thing I want is a permanent rift between Quicken and CheckFree.

Incidentally, MSDW reiterated an outperform on Intuit claiming that Intuit's Quicken.com web site was the 2nd most visited financial site on the Internet. No mention was made in the report regarding the lawsuit.
