Lance, the company has $2 Million in CASH in the bank which, according to Roger Hughesman at the company, they would like to put into another business.

Sure this is speculative, but they DO have $2 Million in the bank and a desire to put it into another company.

Not many BB's have that much cash.

PCES is the biggest peice of S&*T I';ve seen pumped all over SI in the whole time I've been a member.

2 million in the bank, who gives a S*&T, it's not enough to pay off the preferred's
