On NVLS, it is a mystery to me why they sought to raise cash ... unless they just want to finance some receivables ... do an acquisition ...

I think they'll use the cash for cap. ex. and a takeover of SMTL. The takeover would be a quick and easy way to resolve the patent dispute, especially if SMTL's claims are strong. Did you notice SMTL is trading up 20% today?
