Wayne....Read the latest SEC. They have cash, and looking for a venture. No scam. You think SI members account for ALL that 1.7 Million volume today ? This is alot better deal than half the Crap on the BB. Sure its a shell, at the moment, tranding at less then cash value. READ the Latest filing like the people that found this gem. What is it Wayne ? A little slow on the draw and you missed out on the action ?

Wayne, I just read your post on PCES #12960. I hope you retract your statement that this is a scam. Quite frankly, I'm a little upset with you. By posting "SCAM" without really knowing all the facts you probably caused alot of people to sell early which cause a rush to the door. I called the company and everything that was posted about PCES was accurate. Hey, I'll take a BB company with $2 million in the bank (with no debt) any time. If you are fair please admit that you were wrong--PCES is not a scam.
