A perfect site for you ( trap-supply.hypermart.net ) I think you need to tell them about the infamous D.Swiss Bear Trap "THE DELL." Highly effective and the most reasonable on the market (currently under $100.00.) Here's a couple of their products... We are now featuring three bear traps on our web site. Also a great conversation piece for shops, restaurants, etc. The Duke #6: This is a new #6 Bear Trap produced by the Duke Trap Co. The says Duke Trap - #6 Bear, and it has heavy cast jaws with teeth. This trap is 45" Long, and comes with the heavy chain and ring. The Duke #6 is $285.00. The #15 Bear Trap: In 1886 Mackenzie District joined with two other districts to form Yukon territory. This trap commemorates the ruggedness, needed to settle this untamed land. Many hours of hand labor have gone into the making of this trap. The #15 has heavy cast iron jaws with teeth, and tempered steel springs. The overall length is 36", and it weighs 23 pounds. The #15 is $250.00 The #6 Kodiak: It has cast iron teeth and extra heavy link chain. The overall length is 42 1/2", the jaw spread is 16", and the trap weighs 45 pounds. This trap comes with a setter and U-grip. The #6 is $325.00 The HBC #6: This new #6 is unbelievable large. It weighs a whopping 48 pounds, is 46" long, and has a jaw spread of 17". The chain has a swivel and a large ring just like the old traps. This in not a weak facsimile, each spring compresses at 500 lbs. The pan reads HBC #6, American Fur and Trade Co.
