SW, In essence, AlliedSignal has recognized that DCH has the enabling technologies that they require for safety systems involving hydrogen and other gases. AlliedSignal is expected to emerge as a dominant player in Fuel cell technology and small turbines for the energy business that require backup and remote power. The deregulation of the power industry favors these technologies, this is evidenced by the behavior of the CA. Energy Commision's investments as well as the US Dept. of Energy Unfortunately, the Allied attorney's would only authorize what you have read, and further extrapolations may be difficult to provide at this moment; but I will get what I can from the company and post it when I can.
