Was there any private placement done with this company in the last twelve months? There are a ton of shares being sold yesterday and today. Big blocks. Sorry guys, but someone has a lot of shares and they are dumping. V$gas.Com

You mean "who" is dumping at the last moment and WHY? Your guess is as good as anyone else's, but sometimes things aren't always as they seem.. A public lesson I have learned about in the past year dealing with penny stocks is mainly broken down to three statements.. 1) News is NEVER just around the corner (That includes Big News) 2) Acqusitions and buyout's never happen 3) Market Makers rarely "Shake the tree" I've learned that if any one of these phrases are being touted about a company, I will stand clear.. But that is just me.. Dave
