Luke- The 30-year closed up "only 1 9/32"....still way-too-high at 5.61...if it trends down to 5.2-5.0 over the next few months (which I think it will)....lots of cash on the sidelines...that is the rocket fuel for rallies..

If I am wrong on the 30 year, and it stays at 5.6 or higher...Market will go up a little, but not much, and will be ripe for some more correction at some pt.

I don't expect Dell will move much more early next week (+/- 3-4pts.)..Monday might be the biggest move up (for all the markets)....but the big news will be if Intel (March 10/11) does or does not pre-warn....if Intel does not pre-warn (which I doubt), CPQ and Dell will bounce up nicely (again) but still short of old highs (Dell settling in the mid/high 90's, CPQ around 40) before the earnings parade...Dell is still going to get its earning run in late April/May too...

I told you guys yesterday....better watch out on the bond...by the end of March, all the cash on the sidelines in going to back to work...Japanese money coming back on April 1st...and Treasury going to receive huge money inflows...this is not a good time to short the big-cap techs now...you should wait until May/June...I think you will have a much better op. at that time...All IMO...
