Well Sully - I was not going to give them CSMA stock! That's worth a whopping 4 cents a share. I was going to issue more Enviro stock to them. That's currently worth ZERO!. The adjacent land owners would help me get the well operational and would share in the profits if the paper was ever worth anything. What do the rest of the shareholders think? Can I issue more Enviro shares for services on the Enviro well? Really folks! We need to get our act together, these people have not issued a press release about Adhat/Enviro since 10/98. Almost six months. If we don't put these people under some pressure then they have no incentive to change. I own shares, they have assets, those assets are not productive for the owners. If they won't/can't make the assets productive then I will find someone else that can. We have rights! They will find that out shortly. I'm tired of waiting for the press release that never shows up. Ok guys.... Here's my take and feelings on the whole thing...Bash away if you will, but I'd rather all of us come together and discuss more fruitful thought and ways to attain the goals that we wish to achieve....THAT IS ....TO FIND OUT WHAT THE H**L IS GOING ON.....So let's summarize a bit... We knew they had plans and were ok'd to a certain point regarding the well....and went through with some of the things....Then nothing. We knew AdHatters, a while back was at least profitable. We knew they had a deal with Pickens, that somewhere, somehow, went sour...Still have questions about that.. We knew they made a statement regarding Buff (notice guys I am keeping this majorly generic) and their "association" which failed. And that "butch" was out there stirring up the pot....???? We knew they had shares in EHRC...and was told they were used for legal expenses...though we have no way in verifying that..But what happened to the rest of them? They were supposed to be paid in quarterly payments iF I am not mistaken...I believe it is accountability time..Where are they, and what happened to them...We may need to call the co. involved.. We knew we were issued shares in Envirotech and Adhatters....Months ago, and we have not heard a peep since, and have heard there is really nothing going on with the well.... AND LASTLY....THERE IS ALWAYS A WAY USUALLY TO TRACE......WHO WAS FRANCO WHO STARTED ALL THIS... We have not heard from any of the 3 companies, we have had no press releases...we have been told it is to protect the companies involved (Adhatters and Envirotech)....Most of us were not issued proxy statements in regard to the merging with a PINK SHEET co. Vertex. Why is that, and is that legal....Maybe a good start is for everyone to state whether or not they were mailed a proxy statement for a vote.... Now, it is maybe time for me to take a different stand....YES, I KNOW, I HAVE TAKEN STANDS BEFORE ON THE OTHER SIDE..AND HAVE ALWAYS STOOD BY THEM....BUT, I MAKE A STATEMENT NOW, THAT DESPITE WHAT HAS BEEN TOLD TO MEEEEEE.....SOMETHING DOESN'T FIT!!!...I WOULD LIKE SOME ACCOUNTABILITY AND ANSWERS...ESPECIALLY BECAUSE I WAS ONE OF THE ONES WHO STOOD BY THEM...AND IF I AM PROVED WRONG....SO BE IT....I WILL BE JUST AS MUCH THE ADVOCATE ON THE OTHER SIDE.. BOTTOM LINE, I WANT SOME ANSWERS.. GINNY
