APCO seems to only move on its fundamentals and news regardless of what the market is doing. It's somewhat frustrating, but if this is the case then I'm hopeful that it won't suffer as much from a serious correction in the market (which I expect to happen). I still think that it can hold at this level - there hasn't been much selling as evidenced by the low volume.
