Doubleclick is very well positioned, advertising outsourcing is a no-brainer, and their management is absolutely top-notch.

I don't have any doubts about Amazon.

I guess it is uncertainity over the top line. This could be a huge
buying oppurtunity in AMZN.

It could be a huge buying opportunity but it als could be a disaster if top line misses. It does work both ways.
