Mark, you forgot this part...Interest rates continue to baffle those who would look only at inflation and not money supply....<< I would look at both too. I think i have stated long term rates are still questionable, but that is not going to keep me out of the market and buying quality stocks that have corrected well off there highs. I do think the Dow will go higher and "overall" earnings will come in higher to support those higher stock prices than what was forecasted before the beginning of the yr. So far the economy is looking stronger than what was estimated without inflation and market currently supports this picture have a good weekend.
