John - Re: "Any new info on P3 sales?" In the Silicon Valley the Pentium III sales are good - even at COMPUSa which pre-warned today. Compaq, HP, Sony all have models on the floor and they seem to be moving at a good clip. As for Intel pre-warning, I don't know. Since all the rumors have been flying, and INTEL HASN'T WARNED, you know exactly WHO STARTED THOSE RUMORS - guys with SHort Sale positions. The deeper we go into the month without a negative warning, the more likely it is that Intel's sales are on plan and the more likely that this is recognized by investors and the more likely that the short sellers are going to see their losses rapidly mount if they don't quickly cover.
