Never was. That situation is now concluded and a judgment has been reached by individuals that had no idea what they were talking about. (Not including yourself of course) And I think you know what I mean.

As for ALFN, I still have a small position remaining in the stock (2000 shares) and I'll ride them to see what happens in the next few weeks or such.

True enough, but then again, with the exposure BII has had, one could say the same thing here. Its too bad really, but then again, I think a spec deal is just that. GIAGOQ is the rule, especially for OTC's, and even though I've had my share of ups and downs, I've made some handsome profits by sticking to this strategy. Its all a matter of timing. I did the same with BII when it ran to $9+
