NEW NEWS!

Friday, March 5, 1999
CAGI - Carnegie International, Inc.: For those of you who have
been following CAGI know that this week was the Computer
Telephony Expo at the
Los Angeles Convention Center, and Carnegie's MAVISTM system
was to be featured in the ALLTEL (NYSE: AT) booth. We decided to
go to Los Angeles and attend the Expo to try to gauge the interest
and acceptance of MAVISTM. First of all the interest in MAVISTM was
phenomenal, as we saw a long line of people waiting to test the
MAVISTM system, which was prominently featured at the front and
center of ALLTEL's booth. Second, the response to MAVISTM was
fantastic! We feel that the show was a huge success for both
ALLTEL and CAGI and feel confident that the exposure from this
show will help increase the acceptance and demand for MAVISTM.
We also witnessed executives from Ingram Micro and Sprint leave
the booth with the officers and software engineers from Carnegie
and go to a private meeting room where they spent extensive
periods of time. The last time we attended a trade show in which
MAVISTM was featured (Computer Telephony Demo & Expo '98) Carnegie
was able to garner a North American distribution deal with ALLTEL.
We feel that as a result of the Ingram and Sprint meetings that there
may be some kind of deal in the works.
