good question...i asked roger right now your stock is at .25..after he laughed his ass off..i said what value would i get if i bought 5000 shares right now.. he advised that part of the deal was to cancel all the shares to the shareholders...basically you are buying an empty shell,it would not even get you .20 for the whole 5000 shares...i said a share..he said ,no for the entire shares.. there is no company..there is no business..point blank..
