I believe one could say that:
Nyse AOL, CPQ, C -all are designated "late" trades
Nas Dell, intc, csco - no late trades shown ,zilch, nada.
Look at Intc: ( all listed as frmt's)

16:15:49 113 3/16
*16:57:28 116 3/16
*16:59:37 117
*17:00:51 116 13/16
17:04:28 114 7/8
17:05:08 114 7/8
17:05:22 113 3/8
* IMO these three were "late" trades left over from early morning when Intc was in that range.
