Hairpin is no man. He must go. Texas is very famous for lone gunmen, I wonder if an analyst or two is headed that way. Clear violation of the rules, and the little guys pay again.

I think Halpin may just resign under pressure from the board and large share holders. If that happens, we will see this stock back to the teens again quickly. EGGS lost more money and does not has as good a franchise as CPU, its stock is still in the 13-14 range.

I believe either CEO or Financial officer leaked some information to analysts before we know. "Some of the companies CEO spent 10% of his time working with analysts, while his financial officer devotes about half his working day to interaction with analysts. Analysts demands 'guidance' from the companies they cover, seeking hard data on unreported revenues and earnings. Some companies comply, but others resist those pressure, offering only general information." - quote from Fortune (Author:by Robert Ristelhueber) I totally agree with you to kick Halpin out of CPU.
