Exactly, Robb. The market changes like the weather. Used to be the tornado alley ran thru the panhandles into the plains. . .but blame it on el nino and global warming. . .suddenly it has shifted into a FAR more populated path of Arkansas and Tennessee. Likewise, as people get addicted to online trading. . . . and as the lure of easy money causes shifts from money markets into stocks. . . and as "daytrading" becomes the new "multi-level marketing" get-rich-quick scheme . . .and as traders get more sophisticated with finely tuned quote and execution equipment . . . and as more traders turn short more often . . .and as everything that was tried and true is now black and blue. . . . . . .so we must change. We adjust our strategies as the weather reports are announced. . . to stay on the SAFE side, yet to make the fairly quick super high-yeild gains. So now we have an arsenal of trading methods here on the HOME thread.
