Michael, Just for the record and to try to get you to see the point, I have cut you a lot of slack on the tax rate. Many, if not most, long term holders here would have to deal with the alternative minimum tax and a rate well in excess of 25%. I think you would have to reinvest the proceeds in something that outperformed Intel and recouped your taxes. Just name 5 stocks that are selling at less than "significantly above fair value", or name at least one stock. If you can't name one, where would you put the money? Best Trading, X
