I know they have some debt with the IRS to clear up... I know there are 6.2 mill OS I have heard that they are looking at some possibilties -- once the IRS debt is cleared up -- in terms of reverse merger. oh ....and they have a loss carryforward. some of these shells have done better than my longs - regrettably -- like CIEI that went from .009 to around .19 on nothing but speculation...and I sold the last of my shares around .05 or .06 :( ...and GLNN that went balistic....again ... I had cheap shares and traded them off low relative to its lofty ascent. Anyway....I took a small postition at .035 and will just wait for awhile and see what shakes. Lazarus
