Ya know Sam, you're right! I wonder how long it will be until we click on the "Profile" link on Yahoo and read this...

TSIG operates three Divisions: OnLine Services, Products and Services, and TeleServices. The Online Services Division is a leading provider of secure, managed Internet solutions and other information technology products and services to businesses. The Products and Services Division forms revenue-sharing programs with corporations and not-for-profit organizations to raise funds with its My Card programs for the retail sale of music CDs, Kodak film and film processing, and a rapidly expanding array of other products. The TeleServices Division supports the other two divisions and its own corporate customers through its state-of-the-art call center, which provides fully integrated global teleservices to companies selling products and services through toll-free numbers and the Internet.

Seriously, would someone well connected with the company contact them regarding the great use we could have made of a positive spin on the news this afternoon. This is pretty basic PR business, and Mr. Henry does need a crash course.

Other than that, happy.

Glad the news came out after closing, that way there will be time to digest it before Monday.

Put me down for .75 close next Friday.

Sam,

I'd say this is an excellent development. TSIG just saved well over $6,000,000 per year from this dead dog. That is $500,000 per month. Notice the PR said Teleservices International Group not TSIG.COM. RG has just saved us over .07/share in expenses. This anchor will not be hanging on the neck of the new company. This is a big step in achieving the profitability forcasted for TSIG.COM in the near future.

Of course with the decline in business of this segment of TSIG, I would suspect savings in expenses has been happening along the way. But this finishes the deal.
