Good Questions.

After yesterday I can say that I do not know the answers.

Hairpin said CPU direct details within 60 days. That would put us somewhere near the end of the month. I am guessing we may see some news next week as I believe the new CEO of CPU Direct starts around the 12th of this month.

I don't know how you fight CPQ or Dell, but the more important battle is getting an acceptable margin on the sales they have. How a company this size, with 5-6 bil in sales can't turn in .25 a quarter is just amazing.

If they do it right, they could have a very strong model. Think about a company that could offer the advantages of the internet and B&M. You can split the company and offer those on the net a very aggressive price and no sales tax. You can offer the "I want it now" customers a place to get it today.

I don't know if there is a way to make this happen, but if the retail stores could offer internet buyers some services then it could be a very strong incentive for people to make CPU Direct their internet choice. For example internet service could be done at the local CPU through an agreement.

They need a new leader. That is step one. Someday this one could be $50 a share, but a lot of work and new ideas will be needed first.

Oh yea, honesty too. For as much as the street loves a good lie, they seem to punish the guys that get caught pretty hard.

Hairpin is cooked.

Good Luck
