U.S. Equity Preview: Gene Logic, Neurocrine Biosciences

New York, March 5 (Bloomberg) -- The following is a list of companies whose shares may move in U.S. markets Monday, March 8. U.S. Equity Preview includes news that broke after markets closed Friday. Friday's closing prices are included. The stock symbol is in parentheses after the company name.

Capstar Broadcasting Corp. (CRB): The nation's largest owner of radio stations agreed to sell five radio stations in Wichita, Kansas, to win antitrust clearance for its $190 million acquisition of Triathlon Broadcasting Co. (TBCOA). Capstar was unchanged at 22. Triathlon fell 3/16 to 12 1/4.

Delphi Financial Group Inc. (DFG): The insurance holding company said there were ''serious misconceptions'' about its Unicover subsidiary. Its shares fell 30 percent Friday amid concern over its legal liability for losses in a workers' compensation insurance pool run by the subsidiary. The company said it does ''not believe there are material financial issues for Delphi.'' Delphi fell 12 3/8 to 28.

Educational Insights Inc. (EDIN): The maker and seller of educational materials said it had a fourth-quarter loss of 24 cents a share, compared with net income of 8 cents a year earlier. The stock rose 1/8 to 2 5/16.

Gene Logic Inc. (GLGC): The biotechnology company said it doesn't plan to develop a database of single nucleotide polymorphisms, or SNPs. The company said it focuses on building gene expression databases, which are different from SNP databases in both their content and their application to the drug discovery process. Gene Logic fell 1/8 to 5.

Neurocrine Biosciences Inc. (NBIX): The biotechnology company said it had a fourth-quarter loss from operations of 18 cents a share. The company had been expected to earn 5 cents a share, based on the average estimate of four analysts surveyed by First Call Corp. Neurocrine rose 3/16 to 5 1/8.

7th Street.com (SEVL): The developer of animation software said it agreed with America Online Inc. (AOL) to offer Internet multimedia training to AOL's members through 7th Street.com's Tutorials.com. 7th Street.com rose 2 1/4 to 5.
