now that NYC is EBITDA positive the model is proven and i feel much more comfortable, and i expect new markets to reach per-city EBITDA break-even much sooner once P-MP is available and as the Millenium model is refined.

the larger EBITDA picture isn't as important as long as the expenditures keeps going to replicate the NYC success in new quality markets and WCII doesn't overextend itself.
