James, I think funds bought amzn only two times this year. First time when they lifted it from 95, and a month later from 85 on puny volume. Each buying spree lasted 2 days. If this is a pattern, next low will be 75, and we might reach it in two weeks. It took 30 sessions to go from 200 to 84. How long will it take to go from 120 to 70 ? Amazon looks very vulnerable. Don't trust me, read the 10-K.

Glenn, without trying to sound egoistical. I do have a clue but, todays 1 3/8 up move surprised me. The elephants appear to be no longer buyers. Why?? James, Let me start off with saying I will not short the "thing." I do believe the game is about over and the analysts know it. Fundamentals will now become a factor when top line growth slows and expenses continue to increase. The 10K does show that Amazon will not be profitable even if they did not advertise at all. This all occurred prior to the added expense of the Nevada distribution center. BOL opened their third store and will open two more within the next month. I suspect BOL is cutting into Amazon's European growth rate. BOL opened the German and Britain stores first. France was second actually but only by a few weeks. BOL is now prominently listed on the Europe AOL medai area. That was not the case a month ago. BOL is adding music and videos in addition to their books. I doubt they will add drugs but that is not an issue at present. My guess is the elephants are slowly leaving. Glenn
