RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 5, 1999--Jayne Newell-Lanza, president of Mako Capital Inc. (NASDAQ OTC:MAKO) and publisher of Profit Magazine, Friday announced the development of a new authoritative Web site for women only: www.ShesGotItTogether.com.

The Web site will be a woman's approach to an active lifestyle and will profile financial planning, health, medical science, politics, culture, humanities and parenting. In addition, Newell-Lanza stated the Web site will host a monthly calendar that will list dates of seminars, conventions, lectures, book signings and events targeted for women.

A large percentage of Profit Magazine's readers are women who seek out new and improved information with leading-edge benefits.
