At first it would appear that indeed we are in deep doodooo when insiders sell at what we all consider to be dirt cheap prices. I think however these guys need cash like the rest of us for among other things to pay taxes. Their shares, however, are replenished through their ESOP and stock options where the get the shares for nearly nothing. God alone knows how many they get. What puzzles me, and it doesn't take much believe me, is the absolute silence of the Company. The stock market is exploding and we are all missing opportunities probably and these guys are mum and the stock sinks 10 cents a day regular as clock work. 4 o'clock guy or no. I tell you all Ican sure use some news besides restated earnings. Grunt.
