The home numbers are widely publicized, but I don't know what the biz and ROW numbers are. My WAG would be <150 million total connected in the US?

I guess that depends on what the definition of "connected" is. At my company every engineer, every manager, and every "business associate" (you don't use "stewardess" or "secretary" anymore, I guess) has either a Vax workstation (barf), a Sun workstation, or a Windows PC of some sort. These are all connected to the internet. There are also PC and workstations in our validation facilities (labs) which are connected to our network and hence to the internet. Also, the last time I walked through the manufacturing area of the plant I noticed that the assembly stations (one per worker) had older 486 machines. I assume that these are networked and hence connected to the internet, even if they aren't used to access it.

I think that your WAG is low.
