No, MKD still exists. Doug is still alive and breathing. I spent some time with Ken Spence on Thursday morning, and then with Doug in the afternoon. I am guardedly optimistic because it appears that the CD company did not receive Doug's final proposal regarding the acquisition. Communication between the two have deteriorated to the point where Doug doesn't even feel comfortable talking to them about that possibility. Doug has become convinced that the CD company is not interested in and does not want a deal with MKD. He has therefore started looking at other business proposals. Based on my feedback, I think he will attempt to negotiate one more time. Where this is, is it is a mess! Ted
