Thanks Dave,

Also Dan if the court specifies that the shares are to be returned to MRPS and if MRPS chose to retire those shares or restrict them what would be the affect on the price of MRPS over the repurchase of these shares being bought by the investment bank? Add into the mix more press releases and the renewed interest of daytraders because of todays PR and the subsequent rise in the share price.

If I were baking a cake I would say it was going to rise. If I were in a traffic jam I would call this a squeeze.

I am happy it was a investment bank that sold the shares. They might just have the funds to purchase shares when or if the court instructs them to replace them.

Could be a very interesting two weeks coming up. That has been said many times already and I believe it.

Everybody likes a little ass, but nobody likes a smart ass.

Now that you mention those "negotiations with 37 major companies", the PR omitted a clause about forward looking statements to remind some people that "a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush"... or is that "a hand in the bush is worth two birds?" I forget. Anyway, the company needs to get an IR person and fast!

As for the rest or your drivel, why do I have the feeling that the people at Microphonics are dumb or that they think we are dumb. What I am saying, is that I don't like being lied to so why not hold these people's feet to the fire from time to time to get the truth.

Take this article on Microphonics #reply-8042125. It clearly states that Gayle and Greenwood purchased the patent. And, I might add, as late as yesterday Microphonics was disseminating that myth about its patent #reply-8138245. Now since I called the attention to the thread that a search for a US patent assigned to Microphonics did not turn up a patent #reply-8145685, we are told that it's a patent pending (see #reply-8173863). My god man, they've been talking about this since 1990, how long does it take to get a patent? OK, so they filed, have they heard anything since?

There have been other misleading ideas floating around on this thread that I think ought to be tied don't. Another one that comes to mind is that PR agency. Now we learn that its an Investment Banker.

Let me tell you what I think of guys who come online and spew words like "due diligence" as if they know what they are talking about. I think, there he goes again, talking about the DD cup size in his jock. Alas, if only he had the balls to fill it then everybody wouldn't think he's just a swinger.
