Marc... I also thought Brommer was good for the company. Bad part about hiring PR people for these small stocks...AND YES, PLEASE TAKE NOTE DANA ON THIS....Too many sharks out there...Hands out, they want the shares, they do a major pump and dump...Then if they are paid in stock, there is dilution, and we are back to where we started. To the person who said get Jeff back for another P&D...I never recall Jeff pumping...Seems to me if I remember, first he only posted here maybe twice (I might be off on a post or two)..second, he never inflated what a company could or would do...Any time I spoke him with he was always honest I believe. He sent out newsletters, which kept everyone up to date on what he perceived to be happening, good or bad...When there were problems with some of the companies he featured, he told people. I was never "white washed" or "sweet talked" by Jeff..seems to me he was always pretty straight when I spoke with him. I do not know what went on between him and the co...maybe a little, but even when he departed, he did it with grace and never badmouthed them... Dana---I do not know what you can afford....But I know your longer-term shareholders are very upset at having their money, they invested in your company see a 90% decrease, with no news to us at all over these very long months. If you choose to keep us posted here, I have no problems with that as a shareholder. But, more is needed, and word must get out in order to reflect the company's worth. With the stock this low, it is almost impossible for you to even use stock a tool for growth and development. At $.30, you only need 1/10 the amt. of shares to pay for anything as you well know. So, I too must ask you how much, if any, dilution has occurred since the very last press release, sometime mid-last year......That is 9 months where we have no accountability, and no idea what is going on or shares outstanding. For currrent shareholders, that is a bit unnerving, because for the most part, we have seen as "penny Stock" holders, it usually means there has been quite a bit of dilution. In your case with MDMI, I do not know, as we havae not heard anything. Please, by all means, if you can handle it, continue to post at least to the current holders here, so that we may know what is going on. Thanks in advance. Ginny
