The ETrade fax black hole. You can send them all the info you want, but unless someone there is alert and wants to help, it all seems to go into a black hole. The back-office continues to be a mess. They let my ex-wife withdraw a check from my INDIVIDUAL account. If they don't get it right eventually Nobody will trade this way - they won't have any money left to trade with ! And then the times they ......... I have a hundred of em. On the plus side the on-line service has been better the last couple of weeks, at least 4 me.
