You tickle me Dave. Why do you remind me of Monica? Perhaps its because you both like to blow things off.

Take a look at this post #reply-7553574 which was written a little over a month ago. It mentions a one million share float. Your little 1.4 million shares diluted the float by half. In fact, since that post, more than 3 million shares have been added to the float. I base this comment on a conversation I had earlier this week with Myles and he informed me there were 4 million shares in the float.

Now, when you talk to your buddy Jimmy this next week, don't bring this up, OK? He may not consider you his friend any more. Besides, these kinds of inner working are best not revealed to the masses.

On another note. please refer to the investment banker by name or by IB and not IR. To me, an IB and IR are different animals and to call an IR an IB is misleading. I'll let you be funny, but not misleading. OK?

Dave,
Re your 2374, I agree that the dumping of the 1.4 million shares, if it actually transpired, did relatively little to drop the shares. Since they are hanging in there at 1 1/4 more or less, that overhang was absorbed quite nicely.
You didn't ask me but I will butt in and answer with my thoughts. If I were MRPS, I would go through arbitration hands down. How much do you think the investment banker(s) took home? Perhaps this much: 1.4 million shares at avg. of 2$/share or $2.8 million? Perhaps more; perhaps less?
At any rate, as I see it, the investors who can be identified (and they can) as owning stock when the alleged dumping took place might be considered as "interested parties". In either arbitration or a class action suit, I believe we will have "standing". Now I am not an attorney, but perhaps somebody can confirm or deny my assertions.
Vic

What is the way this sort of stuff gets handled? If a judgement is against the pr firm-Are they required to purchase back the shares or is a dollar settlement the required remedy? And does the pr firm have the resources to pay back mrps or do they somehow find a loophole and skip town? I would assume the shares will still get calculated into eps numbers?
Thanks for everyone's DD
